Getting prequalified

Once you’re mentally prepared and know what you want, it’s research time. Most Colorado Springs Realtors suggest you start by talking with a lender to see how much you can afford. It’s a good idea and you’ll generally need to be prequalified if you want to make an offer on a house. So, it pays to get that all taken care of up front.

Real estate market research

The next research stop is not Trulia or Zillow – it’s me. Those syndicated sites often don’t have updated and current information. So many buyers are discouraged when they find a great house online and then I have to tell them it’s already been sold.

I can set you up with regular emails that offer photos and information about homes currently on the market.
